Parent’s Guide to Student Achievement (PGSA) Based on Parents’ Bill of Rights - SB 49; Session Law 2023-106 It is the goal of TMSA Public Charter Schools to provide parents and guardians of our students access to valuable information regarding student achievement through the school’s Parent’s Guide to Student Achievement (PGSA).
