TMSA Students Successfully Complete NIH-BEITA Summer Institute Program

TMSA students successfully completed the first week of the NIH-BEITA Summer Institute at Winston-Salem State University (WSSU). Throughout the program, students demonstrated outstanding participation, teamwork, and professionalism while engaging in hands-on STEM learning experiences.

Each student worked in a research poster group led by a WSSU undergraduate student assistant and helped create a poster showcasing their learning and collaboration. Students were recognized for their hard work and received certificates of completion at the conclusion of the program.

TMSA is proud of its students' achievements and looks forward to continuing its strong partnership with Winston-Salem State University. TMSA science teachers will also participate in the institute during its fifth week, further strengthening the collaboration between the two institutions.
